Custom projects are developed jointly with our production team. When you place your order, someone will contact you via email or phone to develop your project plan. We will assist you in all stages. Terms and conditions
1 - Production times: Production times are 6 to 8 weeks from the time the final proof is approved.
2 - Quantity produced: We produce and invoice more or less 10% of the quantity requested. The adjustment will be charged or refunded on a final invoice upon delivery.
3 - For orders over $ 5,000, a pre-production payment agreement may be granted and must be approved by the administration. Contact us to find out about our payment options by PO, bank transfer or check. Interest of 2% per month in the event of payment default will be charged for a total of 24% per year.
4 - Delivery: The minimum delivery charge is $ 15 for orders under $ 750. For orders over $ 750, a personalized estimate will be submitted after ordering. Items can be picked up at our Saint-Eustache office, free of charge, depending on our opening hours.
5 - Graphic editing: We provide the production templates for the graphic editing free of charge. We can assist your graphic designers with their technical requests. If you do not have a resource person, we can offer a personalized video editing service. Additional charges apply for using our pattern banks.
6 - Pre-production test and color confirmation: A pre-print test (non-laminated) can be produced for an additional charge of $ 25. You will receive a printed sample for color approval. Additional delays to final delivery should be considered (approximately 2 additional weeks). Please note that colors may vary and the fabric may stretch slightly during the printing process. Bag sizes are approximate and may vary.
7 - Printing: Colors may differ slightly when printed. The final print is in CMYK. We are not responsible for any graphic files supplied by the customer and any errors that may result from them.
8 - Labels: Demain Demain labels are still used and sewn on bags and placemats.
9 - Components: Zippers are available in white or black version. The color of the thread is at the discretion of Demain Demain.
10 - Packaging: For environmental reasons, we do not use any packaging for our items. Cardboard bands for packaging sets are available at a cost of $ 0.75 each, including handling.
